You Can Lead a Workshop Retreat in France,

Tailored For Your Followers

The Chateau de Balsac hosts four to six Workshop Retreats every year, between April and October.  In addition to providing lodging and amenities in an elegant setting, we use our experience and local network and resources to create an unforgettable experience for guests.  We organize all activities into a realistic itinerary, and ensure that everyone has a good time.

Workshop Retreats typically cost participants 3,000 to 4,000 per person, single occupancy, and are all inclusive except for airfare to France.

The chateau’s unique and tranquil setting in the Aveyron region of southern France is  surrounded by verdant countryside, hiking trails, vineyards and centuries-old stone villages, making this an ideal location for cooking, photography, painting, yoga and well-being, writing, arts, and other activities where participants have a chance to relax and unwind from their home environment.

Our past workshop retreats have included activities such as

  • Wellness, well-being, and self discovery through art;

  • Culinary adventures featuring Michelin chefs and wild-herb and mushroom foraging;

  • Photography with an expert and being rewarded with a one-of a kind keepsake photobook;

  • Guided tours of unique, historic spots, including villages along the Chemin de St. Jacques, museums and chateaux;

  • Art studio sessions, making one of a kind souvenirs while learning crafts with talented artisans;

  • Writing your family history;
