The 'Green Spiral’ Women’s Wellness Retreat, led by Angelina Danilova, is an intimate spring gathering created especially for women seeking rest, clarity, and reconnection through nature and the senses. Set in the quiet countryside of Aveyron, France, this retreat weaves together meditation, gentle movement, hands-on creative practices, and practical aromatherapy. Guided by Angelina, participants are invited to slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and rediscover creativity through scent, art, and mindful presence. Through sensory exploration, personal ritual, and time in nature, the retreat offers genuine rest, renewed inspiration, and simple mindfulness practices that can be carried into everyday life.
Location
The retreat takes place at the historic Château de Balsac, a restored 12th-century château set within a spacious park featuring a French garden, swimming pool, and peaceful countryside surroundings.

The Experience
Throughout the retreat, participants are gently guided into a state of grounded clarity and emotional steadiness through meditation, journaling, creative practices, and sensory immersion.
Daily art sessions ranging from still-life drawing to simple watercolor studies, invite you to reconnect with your natural creativity and quiet confidence, without pressure or performance.
Hands-on aromatherapy workshops allow each participant to create three personalized scent blends, thoughtfully designed to support their individual emotional and physical needs.
Nature itself becomes a teacher: waterfall sound meditations, the fragrance of spring, shifting light, textures, and colors invite a deeper relationship with the world through all five senses.
Guests leave with meaningful keepsakes personal journals filled with reflections and sketches, original watercolor works, and their custom scent creations. More importantly, they return home with practical tools for mindful living: grounding morning rituals, breathing techniques, new knowledge about medicinal herbs and plants, sensory awareness practices that support long-term emotional balance and clarity.
The Retreat Leader
Angelina Danilova is a multidisciplinary artist, wellness guide, and certified olfactory designer whose work bridges nature, art, and embodied presence.
With over nine years of yoga practice, her approach emphasizes gentle movement, deep stretching, and nervous system regulation. For Angelina, yoga is a way of listening to the body rather than shaping it.
She is certified in olfactory essential oil design and curates personal and spatial scents for rituals, events, and healing environments, using scent as a gateway to memory, emotion, and presence. Alongside this work, she is an intuitive painter with a background in nine years of art education and international exhibitions.
Having lived in Korea for nearly a decade, Angelina has also built a public career as a TV personality, actress, singer, and dancer. Moving between visibility and stillness has deeply shaped her sensitivity to balance, slowness, and care in a fast-moving world.
Through Green Spiral, she creates retreats as intimate, sensory experiences guided by intuition, nature, and reverence for life’s natural rhythms.
